How to contact AppSoluteTec
The contact route for AppSoluteTec is email. Send editorial questions, corrections and other relevant enquiries to info@appsolutetec.com. If your message concerns a published guide, include the page title or address so the AppSoluteTec Editors can identify the material you mean.
AppSoluteTec covers AI, automation, SaaS selection, business software and workflow questions for real-estate and service businesses. Useful messages are specific: they might identify a changed software feature, question an automation claim, point out an unclear workflow example or suggest a practical technology problem that deserves future coverage.
Messages we welcome
Readers can contact us with questions about published material, factual corrections and relevant topic suggestions. We also welcome source information where it helps verify a technology claim, as well as copyright or takedown notices concerning material published on AppSoluteTec.
Press and partnership enquiries may be sent to the same address, along with advertising or sponsorship questions. We do not accept guest posts primarily for link building, paid editorial mentions or sponsored reviews presented as ordinary editorial coverage. Commercial contact does not guarantee coverage or determine what our editorial material says.
What to include in your message
For a correction or editorial question, identify the relevant article and the exact passage, product feature, workflow or claim you want us to review. Technology changes quickly, so if you are reporting an outdated feature, integration, pricing structure or automation capability, include enough current information for the point to be checked.
For copyright or takedown requests, identify the exact page and material concerned, explain the basis of the request and provide a reliable way for us to reply. Please do not send passwords, customer records, account credentials, confidential business data or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for an editorial enquiry.
What to expect
We aim to respond to genuine editorial enquiries within five working days. This is an aim rather than a guaranteed service level. Some messages take longer when they require fact-checking, product verification or a review of whether a proposed correction affects more than one article.
We may ask for clarification when a message does not identify the relevant claim or evidence precisely enough. We cannot promise to publish every suggested subject, accept every proposed correction or enter into every commercial discussion, but relevant enquiries should be considered on their substance.
Corrections, takedowns and copyright notices
Business-technology claims can date quickly, so a credible correction may require us to compare an article with current product information. Where a material factual error is confirmed, our approach is to correct the relevant content. A change to a software feature may also justify updating an explanation even when the original article was accurate when written.
Copyright and takedown notices are assessed using the information supplied. Identify the material clearly and explain why you believe action is required. Sending a notice does not automatically establish that removal is necessary, because the circumstances may need checking and further information may be requested.
What AppSoluteTec cannot do
AppSoluteTec publishes general business-technology information. We cannot provide individual legal, financial or other professional advice, and an email exchange with the site does not create a professional advisory relationship. Decisions involving a business's particular legal obligations, finances or regulated activities should be referred to an appropriately qualified source.
We also cannot provide account support, billing assistance, implementation services or technical support for third-party AI, SaaS or software products mentioned in our guides. If a product is malfunctioning or an account needs attention, contact the company responsible for that product or service.
Privacy of messages
When you email us, we receive the email address you use and the information you choose to include. That information is used to understand and respond to the enquiry and handle appropriate follow-up. Keep your message limited to information reasonably necessary for those purposes.
For more information about website and contact information, read the Privacy Policy. If your message itself concerns privacy, make that clear in the subject or opening paragraph so the nature of the request can be recognised.
Contact FAQ
How quickly will AppSoluteTec reply?
We aim to respond to genuine editorial enquiries within five working days. Product verification, corrections or rights notices can require additional checking, so this timeframe is not a guarantee.
Can I report an outdated software feature?
Yes. Identify the article, the statement concerned and the current information you believe replaces it. A product page, documentation reference or similarly specific source can help us assess the change.
Can I suggest a tool for editorial coverage?
You can send a relevant suggestion, but sending a product does not guarantee coverage or a favourable mention. AppSoluteTec does not accept payment for editorial mentions.
Do you accept guest posts?
We do not accept guest posts written primarily for link building, paid editorial mentions or submissions that simply repeat vendor marketing. A pitch should not be treated as an entitlement to publication.
Can you help configure software mentioned in a guide?
No. We can consider questions about our own published content, but implementation, account, billing and technical support must come from the relevant software provider or an appropriate adviser.
Where should partnership or advertising enquiries go?
Send them to info@appsolutetec.com with enough detail to understand the proposal. Commercial enquiries remain separate from editorial decisions and do not guarantee editorial coverage.
